Impactpreneurs Africa (“IPA”) is a impact investment advisory firm focussed to address sustainability and impact investing issues in Africa. IPA is a spinoff of the Impact Investment Exchange Lusaka Chapter (IIX Lusaka Chapter) established in 2017 to promote and amplify impact knowledge awareness in Zambia.
Our success is achieved by integrating impact investing and technical assistance in a commercially and socially sustainable manner. Over the past years, IPA has worked with diverse clients from Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) to social enterprises.
Registered on the 23rd March 2020, ImpactPreneurs Africa (IPA) is an impact investing advisory firm initiative, originated from the Impact Investments Exchange (IIX) Chapter Lusaka (established in 2017). The company is registered by the Zambian Patents and Companies Registrar Agency as a company limited by shares of company number 120200002349 and identified by the Zambia Revenue Authority under the tax identification number 2991788603.
IPA has four founding partners, the 4IP Group (Dr. Christian Kingombe), Yunike Phiri, Haggai Chomba and Calvin Chitangala each with equal shareholding. All shareholders are members of the prestigious National Advisory Board for Impact Investment (NABII) Zambia.
